Interview Skills Training Interview skills training includes the techniques of interviewing, Guidance theories and models, Engagement skills, SMART Action planning and outcome measures. This course is essential for staff working in an advisory role, to enhance existing skills and develop new ones, to maximize the time spent with clients and to be goal oriented. The skills gained on this course will increase participants’ confidence and help them develop their existing skills linking theory to the practical application. The training also touches on recording measures and methodologies to increase productivity whilst further enhancing the quality of the advice session.

Presentation Skills ­Designed to develop presentation skills and help individuals to become confident in delivering presentations in a range of formats to a range of audiences. 1 day course for up to 10 people.

Groupwork Skills Training ­A one day course looking at group dynamics and the management of group behaviour to maximize the positive experiences of the participants in your session. Examines theory and the practical application of  running sessions that lead to positive outcomes for your clients.
