Is Face Forward right for you?
How does it work?
When you join Face Forward you’ll meet with one of our advisers and together you’ll create and agree on an action plan, to take you to where you want to be.
The adviser along with an apprentice/ peer Mentor will support you to identify your needs and priorities.
Once you have begun your Face Forward Journey, you will be encouraged to try new activities, experiences or courses etc. that will support you to achieve the goals set within your action plan.
We will support you to; develop life skills, tackle complex issues, such as mental health or substance abuse and help you move forward.
Whatever your objectives are, we’ll help you to get there.
By the end of the programme, you will have developed the skills and self-confidence to overcome your barriers and keep going on your own.
Face Forward isn't a set programme, so if you need more support, we’ll be here to help you.
What’s different to other programmes?
We’re working in partnership with other professionals to meet your needs
Face Forward is delivered by Ansbury Guidance in partnership with multiple organisations across Dorset.
This innovative co-produced model allows us to offer support tailored to your needs and personal preferences, because if we cannot help you directly, we have the right connections to refer you to other local organisations.
Moving forward in life is your choice!
Unlike other projects, we don’t follow a set programme. Joining Face Forward is totally voluntary, you can advance at your own pace and you can leave whenever you wish.
We want to help you through your personal journey, but the choice to go on with it will be always yours.
