Ansbury Mission, Vision and Values
MISSION
Ansbury’s mission is to deliver the best public services, benefiting children, young people, families and their communities.
To achieve this we will:
- Ethically manage the finances of the business so that we are clear of the cost of each element of our services. We will continually be striving to offer an excellent service and value for money.
- Manage productivity, with all employees clear about what and how much they are expected to deliver.
- Regularly check the quality of our services and benchmark our performance internally and where possible, externally.
VISION
- Ansbury will maintain a reputation for delivering high quality value for money services which meet the needs of service users and commissioners.
- Its core business will be delivering and developing Information, Advice and Guidance services to young people and adults
- The business will aim to consolidate its position in the aftermath of extreme cuts in IAG funding by Local Authorities. We will grow in terms of turnover and have contracts in the South of England. The company will be financially stable and robust through evenly spread value contracts.
- Ansbury will consider providing services outside its core business if we believe they can be delivered to a high quality and at a low cost. We will be seen as a market leader in our sectors.
- Ansbury will be an excellent employer, generating commitment from its employees in return for career development and exposure to innovative practice in the management and delivery of services.
VALUES
- We are focused on customer satisfaction…
…and by customers we mean everyone who we are employed to serve – company colleagues as well as our clients, partners, and commissioners. - We support each other…
…. formally through practice and professional development reviews; informally through sharing good and bad practice honestly; we will challenge unhealthy behaviours a soon as they arise. - We are interdependent…
…. we work hard at collaboration so that together our teams achieve more than we as individuals could. - We continuously improve….
… every aspect of our work, taking responsibility for our own learning and development, seeking feedback, applying ‘lean principles’- coming up with ideas for doing things more effectively and efficiently, measuring the difference and re-investing ‘savings’ - We are qualified and trained…..
…...all employees will be qualified and trained to do their job; we encourage employees to develop and grow.
