Qualification Requirements

Please see below the qualification requirements for our main service delivery roles.
Team Manager
Must hold NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or LDSS, or DipCG Parts 1&2, or QCG (and relevant units of NVQ4 in Advice and Guidance) and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant field e.g. careers service, community. Management experience also an advantage.
Careers Adviser (Young People)
Must hold NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or LDSS, or DipCG Parts 1&2, or QCG (and relevant units of NVQ4 in Advice and Guidance)
Careers Adviser (Adults)
Salary dependent on either:
NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or LDSS, or DipCG Parts 1&2
or
NVQ3 in Advice & Guidance, or QCG (and be willing to undertake the NVQ 4 in Advice and Guidance)
Client Support Adviser
Must hold NVQ 2 in Advice & Guidance or equivalent qualification
Receptionist/Administrator
Must be educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and preferably have experience in a similar role
