(Operations Director)

Carolyn is a qualified guidance practitioner with 32 years experience in the advice and guidance field. She joined Dorset County Council Careers Service in 1977, subsequently working for Dorset Careers and Connexions across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole and worked her way up through these organisations to become Area Manager in Poole in 2004.

Having lived and worked in the area all her life, she has developed strong working relationships with partners and has an extensive knowledge of local opportunities and a thorough understanding of the needs of local people, especially young people, parents and employers. She is committed to providing high quality services to individuals combined with a clear focus on meeting targets and contract requirements.
