Tony Crew has 30 years board experience principally within the service sector and until 2005 was a FTSE 250 main board executive director of Countrywide Plc.

Tony started his career as founding Sales and Marketing Director of CTR Recruitment developing a successful company. He has considerable experience of restructuring and rebranding companies and as Managing Director of South England Mann and Company turned a loss making 19 branch operation into a profitable 46 branch multi disciplined business.
In 1996 Tony joined the board of Countywide Plc and in 2003 became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the overseas operation. During this period the group expanded considerable through acquisitions and new business launches. Tony set up Countrywide’s property and assets management operation and was a member of the Executive team that managed the restructure, branding and integration of several large acquisitions.

Tony is Chairman and Trustee of Coda Music Therapy Charity and is a consultant to the SME sector including general insurance, construction and recruitment.
