Ansbury
is a Third Sector, not for profit company, limited by guarantee. We originally developed from Dorset Careers, a successful careers company that delivered government contracts to provide Careers Guidance Services to young people and adults. We then became Connexions, established in the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole area in April 2002 as one of 47 Connexions partnerships across England. In 1995 we became Ansbury.
As Ansbury, our organisation has the experience, skills and adaptability to deliver high quality guidance and support services within a constantly changing environment. Our professionally qualified staff provide high quality information, advice and guidance to all ages as well as bespoke programmes of support.
In addition to skilled guidance staff, the development of the Connexions service brought in staff from other disciplines enabling us to provide greater support to those most in need. This support work has continued under Ansbury and is accessed through our statutory work and specialist services. We provide information and data management support to many of our partner organisations in the South of England.
The Senior Management Team has considerable experience working within this sector and is supported by a diverse board, experienced in working within both the public and private sectors.
