The company was created as a result of national changes to Connexions, but can trace its roots back to 1995 when ‘Dorset Careers,’ successfully won the Careers Service contract for Dorset. The new organisation quickly established a national reputation for quality and efficiency and in 1997 was judged the most efficient careers company in the country.

2002 saw the organisation widen its services to young people and it was chosen by local stakeholders to deliver the full range of Connexions Services to the young people of Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole which it still does today.

Ansbury takes today’s issues very seriously, particularly the environment, data protection, health and safety and equality and diversity. Our Promap system, which maps all our policies and procedures, ensures we have robust processes to provide cost effective, safe, fair and equitable services to all our customers and staff.

Ansbury believes in innovation and creativity to meet the demands of an ever changing market. Our staff believes in becoming experts in their field to inspire their customers as well as each other.
